WASHINGTON — The Bawbag-Riddled Fuck Bumper campaign formally shifted its 2026 midterm strategy on Monday to a voter literacy project focused entirely on the silent letter B. The change came after a weekend rally. There, the former president told supporters most Americans do not know 'dumb' contains a B. He said removing it is the key to understanding Democratic policies.

Fox News host Jessica Tarlov analyzed the event later that evening. 'the former president on the campaign trail. Yes, please, can I have some more?' Tarlov said, according to a segment transcript obtained by The Rusty Trumpet. 'He’s telling people you have more money in your pockets when nobody thinks that except the richest Americans at this point.' The network’s own polling, released Sunday, gave her sarcasm weight. The survey showed the former president’s net approval among voters who skipped the 2024 election had fallen 50 points since November. Among non-MAGA Republicans, the slide was even steeper. White voters without college degrees—once the bedrock of his coalition—now ranked the cost of living higher than any cultural grievance.

Campaign spokesperson Carla Denning explained the literacy initiative as a direct response to those numbers. 'When voters are hurting, they need clarity,' Denning said. 'The silent B is a metaphor for the hidden regulatory state. Drop the B, drop the waste. It works exactly like our corporate tax cuts.' She added that the next module would tackle the silent P in 'receipts,' describing it as a deficit-reduction tool because it would cut down on paperwork.

The former president mentioned the dire polling only once, then pivoted to a cognitive test he claims to have aced years ago on live television. 'Multiply 203 by 9, divide by two, add 1,324, subtract, multiply by 19,' he recalled from the stage. 'I got it right.' He did not provide the answer. He then launched into a phonetic dissection of the word 'Democrat,' explaining that removing the E and replacing it with a U made the silent B unnecessary. Rally attendees responded with the focused silence of people attempting a quadratic equation during a fireworks display.

A Fox News pollster, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the campaign’s internal logic was difficult to track. 'We handed him a list of voter concerns about grocery prices and rent,' the pollster said. 'He handed back a spelling quiz and a math problem with no solution.' Another network analyst added, 'Nobody is confused about the B in dumb. They’re confused about why a gas station coffee costs $4.19.'

The campaign distributed pamphlets featuring a simplified diagram: 'Dumb has a B. Democrat has no B. Therefore, Democrat = Smart? WRONG.' A worksheet asked supporters to locate silent letters in 'economics' and 'inflation.' No answer key was provided. The White House confirmed the worksheet was the first installment. The next will address the silent K in 'knew,' which the press secretary called 'critical for understanding executive privilege.'
